Discovery Camp Contract

Please read this and return it signed with your Discovery Camp Application.

I understand that my child is enrolled for the entirety of the summer for Discovery Camp.  I agree that I am responsible to pay my child’s tuition through August1, 2008.  I also understand that my child may be photographed while at school and I release any photos to be used only for school purposed or school advertisement.
