· Beginning next week (March 2nd) we will be talking about TRAVEL and Jeff Brown’s traveling character, FLAT STANLEY! As many of you plan trips and outings over Spring Break, we’d like you to think about taking Flat Stanley along for the ride! You will be asked to keep a log of the things Flat Stanley does with your child while he or she enjoys time off from school. When you return from Spring Break, bring Flat Stanley and your log and we will talk about all of Flat Stanley’s adventures together!
· We will also focus on:
Color: GREEN
Shape: TRIANGLE
· Please allow your child to wear BLACK on Tuesday, March 2nd. Black is Gracie’s favorite color!

A few friendly reminders:
v Please remember that we do not have microwaves in our classrooms. If possible, please send only “cold” lunches with your child.
v Spring Break is March 14-20.
v If you are packing something in your child’s lunch that requires a spoon or fork, please include that utensil in their lunch bag as we do not have these items in our classrooms where we eat. Thank you!
